All press-on nail products sold by LOVEDNOVA are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance from product photographs.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, design placement, shape, finish, and sizing may occur. These variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.
  • Reviewing all product descriptions and sizing information.
  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
  • Following all application, wear, removal, and aftercare instructions provided.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

3. Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct nail size.

Nova is not responsible for nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements, incorrect size selections, or failure to follow sizing instructions.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for sizing issues resulting from customer error.

4. Colour and Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately display product colours and designs.

However, colours may appear differently depending on:

  • Device screens
  • Monitor settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Photography and editing processes

Actual product colours may vary slightly from website images. Such variations are not considered defects.

5. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each set is individually handmade. Minor imperfections, slight differences between sets, and variations from promotional images are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

6. Shipping Policy

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

LOVEDNOVA is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost parcels
  • Stolen parcels
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Customs delays
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather-related shipping delays
  • Carrier errors

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues where applicable.

If package tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, [Business Name] shall not be liable for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

7. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered where a product arrives materially damaged or incorrect due to our error. Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Press-on nails are cosmetic products and should be used only as intended.

Customers acknowledge that use of adhesives, nail glue, adhesive tabs, removers, or other related products may cause irritation, allergic reactions, injury, or damage in certain individuals.

Customers should discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Improper application
  • Improper removal
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Modification of products
  • Use of products for unintended purposes
  • Use of third-party adhesives or chemicals
  • Excessive force or impact while wearing products

Any misuse voids any eligibility for refunds, replacements, or compensation.

12. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure all website information is accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or website content will always be error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or listing mistakes.

13. Intellectual Property

17. Custom Order Process

All custom press-on nail sets are made-to-order.

Before purchasing, customers must complete the custom order form and/or email us with design details, inspiration images, nail size, and any specific requests.

Orders will only begin once:

  • Design details have been confirmed by us via email or message
  • Full payment (or agreed deposit) has been received

We reserve the right to decline any custom design request.


18. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Nail sizes are measured and selected correctly
  • All design details are clearly provided before confirmation
  • Shipping details are accurate and complete
  • They have read all product and care instructions

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


19. Payment Terms

Custom orders must be paid in full (or via agreed deposit system) before production begins.

Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed unless agreed by us.
